Please I hope I'm writing this in the correct section. I have inherited my dad's MFR which has sat in its original box, virtually unused for may years. I would like to get the gun serviced and in a reliable shooting condition both as a tribute to my dad and to control the killer grey squirrels that infest or garden! IF KevG has a service slot then I would be happy to drop it off for sorting out. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give,

You are in the right place to catch KevG!!!
I know it is hard to be patient when your Rapid is Sick...
But KevG has been busy working on a Lot of Sick Rapids!!
So just Hang in there....
Are you interested in trying to repair it yourself??
I am sure we can talk you through it...

Stuart, because the MFR is so nice and has sentimental value to me, I would rather a "proper chap" sorts it than me bodging and potentially ruining it. I shall wait patiently for the master to see my post and hopefully answers my plea for help. Spk soon Steve

If you want a set of O ring seals serviced I'm only 5 miles away from you. If you want it better than new, Kev is your man.
