What sound mods are people using for the HM1000x ,reflex type ideally , mine is a bit huge , it's just sat on the barrel for the photo as there is a bit missing
Mine is not an x and a whole lot shorter....but a straight through shroud.

Errr... there was a guy who made 38mm OD carbon reflex mods.
Also had RFD ticket so no worries about making an FAC rated mod.
Been a couple of years since I last contacted him, but I don't think he did screw cut mods.
Will check to see if I still have his FB details ... might be on my old account and long gone.

Didn't the early RAW built models have a slimmer long reflex mod?
The mods are the same but with different end caps ,mine is stamped .22 .25 ,they did do a slim off set mod but apparently that wasn't very good either
I've got one of the smaller offset carbon mods and it sounds identical to my Bucket Boy shroud. I've got one of the carbon long series Raw silencers on my HM1000 that's got Bucket Boy internals and it's the quietest gun I've shot by far

I did have a bucketboy mod on an mfr and it was silly quiet but the Raw is dumping much more air at nearly three times the pressure
One of the new Raw silencers has just arrived from the US this morning.Been a while sitting in customs for a while so was expecting it to be confiscated or charges applied,luckily neither occurred. I see what you mean about size. I've stripped it and it looks like placing some sound deadening material in the main body would make a huge difference. Also a series of baffles in the end piece instead of those silly plastic things would also help
Mine has two aluminium baffles not the plastic things , it bloody huge and imo looks just to large

Have you tried A&M Marksman...it's not reflex type but in my opinion it's Uber quite especially in .25 fac.
I've got a custom reflex on my Raw .25 fac running around 48-50 ft..the A&M is almost as quite!

I would ideally like to keep the length down as much as possible, I have tried the wildcat whisper from my .22lr a sak a tech wave all ok but the weihrauch xl is by a long way the best but adds about another 8" to the end
Would either of you RAw guys mind taking a photo with dims of the hammer and spring , my raw Was originally a sub 12 ,it's now on ticket and running at 47 ish it I am still on the original sub 12 hammer spring
I'll have a go later and see how far I get.

Here we have pictures of Factory Raw FAC .25 .
Barrel is 23 in screw-cut Polygon,the Mod reflexes back about 2 in.
The anti bounce spring is in the hammer but not in photos.lol
P.S This rifle was bought by me from a late member from Agf who informed me that he hadn't used it much and some modifications were carried out by B.b and may Not be std!

Hi thanks for the photos really appreciate them , I know who the gun came from I spoke to him about it he wasn't a fan until Bb sorted it , from what I can see the only change is the delrin top hat in the hammer end of the spring ,your spring is much heavier gauge than mine . Like the mod
