Has anyone gutted the the evolution silencer to improve its internals?
The end cap unscrews ok on mine, but I can't budge the baffles at all, don't want to put heat on the barrel end yet until I've removed the plastic innards, what holds them in? ???
Brute force will get em out

It certainly did. Cheers.
Does anyone make a drop in set of baffles, or is it still a case of hair curlers, felt and washers?

Is the top part the original evo body ?
And bottom part the liners that I assume are a snug fit ?
Is it anodised or polished, looks blingy lol
Rich
The top was a sample of a his Mod body he makes...
The chamber tubes and diffuser discs are a precision fit to the tube.
Just in the Raw.. no anodizing.
