I am looking for an Carbon buddy bottle for an MK2 would an 580cc bottle fit with an outer diamater of 63mm. I measured the current bottle a 400 cc alloy bottle and that one is 61 mm OD I think an 63mm OD should fit.
does someone has experience with a carbon bottle of slightly larger OD.
The dimensions does vary from stock to stock.... even bottles.....
You may have to relieve the stock for the bottle to clear....

Would that be an FX 580cc bottle? The 480s don't have a consistent o/d, there's a bit more wrap at the bottom ..perhaps these are the same?
480cc inocom / FX bottles have a slightly longer neck than the 400/500cc alloy, looks like 580 is the same- there should be enough space in the stock.
Its a carbon bottle from a shop not FX as far as I know. The details are
Outer diameter: 62-63mm
Water capacity: 0.58L
Height: 315mm
Weight: 0.58KG
Working pressure: 300Bar
I am a bit worried about de Diameter an the clearance to the barrel.
