I`m thinking of give Archery a go today at my local factory that does this indoors,
I`ve never done this before so it should be very fun and interesting,

My 8 year old daughter had a go at archery at the local game and country fair at the weekend. Managed a bullseye with only her second ever arrow. Keeping her away from my guns now! 😂
Nice one, its good to try different stuff out. I had a go years ago and it's definitely harder than it looks. I enjoyed trying it out but it wasn't for me tbh
Have fun!
Make sure you wear a wrist guard and if like me, you have "Moobs", make damn certain you get a breast guard.
Nipple twang is a real thing :-[
Yes... in my younger years...
70 lbs. 4-wheel compound.
I used to fletch my own aluminum arrows also...

I have had a couple of bows Hoyt Alphamax and the stunning Hoyt carbon element 80 lb draw weight
this is a blank 308 round shot with a eastern carbon fiber arrow with a field point , first shot at 50 yard , yes it was lucky but they are deadly accurate.
I did a lot of archery in my teens and as it happens I've been looking to get back into it again.
