I have finally made it down to Cornwall in my tin tent ( that's a caravan Stuart😊). Since Christmas family and health issues have taken up what spare time I had so not been on here much. Well now I hope to have some feet up time to catch up.

Doing OK Stuart.
But I have changed my allegiance from Stella to Heineken. Stella in the UK dropped it's ABV to 4.6% without dropping the price.
Heineken upped theirs to 5% and didn't raise it.
IMO Stella is now cooking larger!!!

I`m in the same situation Bob. Family health issues and a couple of close deaths have kept me tied up for quite a while. Glad you have finally managed to get away from the madness, enjoy your down time with your wife and let the haters all sod off. You are a better man than the people who try to pull you down mate. I understand that you are due to depart on holiday shortly and therefore attach the following:
Contract
Transfer
Could you please sign the contract on the dotted line and take a picture before emailing to me, as an alternative you may text or WhatsApp the picture to me on 07968 342545.
The transfer will also need to be signed, but in the presence of an independent witness, in accordance with the instructions for signature attached.
Whilst I shall require a hard copy by post when you are able to, I can accept a text/emailed copy in the interim.
I confirm that upon completion, which at present is proposed for 11 June, we shall retain sale proceeds on account, pending instructions from the Trustees.
