I was kicking myself after today, I should have took the camera and took photo`s of how i cook my tea sometimes or even video`s of the rib rack i cooked on sticks next to a nice fire with massive logs burning away,

I always love cooking outside, My first cook was steak and mustard after that a nice rack of ribs with bbq sauce!
